Smallpox Plague in Barbados

A REPORT from Barbados states that there is a plague of smallpox on that island, which is spreading so rapidly that the medical authorities are unable to check its ravages. Doctors of Barbados anticipate terrible developments in the spread of this disease. Quarantine has been established against that island, and interisland trade has been crippled in consequence.
