The Coming One.

In all the earth there is a general expectation of a crisis soon to occur, of a change about to be inaugurated. As to what it is the majority are profoundly ignorant. And yet one may know; all may know. “Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but He revealeth His secret unto His servants the prophets.” Amos 3:7. As truly as He warned Noah, and Lot, and Nineveh, and Jerusalem of old, as truly as the first coming of Jesus was heralded, so truly has God revealed this age, and what its calamities, its perils, its perplexities and groanings mean. One thing it surely means, Christ is coming again.
