GREAT BRITAIN's opium-traffic in China and India has been more of a curse than a blessing. She has lost by it much more than she has gained. How much better it would be to let the paltry $13,000,000 revenue, or thereabouts, of India go, and be rid of the abominable thing. She would gain by it at home and abroad.
