Investigation of the Cuban Sugar Trust

The Senate committee on Cuba has ordered an exhaustive investigation into the charge that the Cuban sugar crop is now held by the trust, and that any reduction in the duty on Cuban sugar would thus be merely a gift to the sugar trust rather than a relief to the Cuban planters.
