Another Great Railway Combine

Another great railway combine is only awaiting the result of the legal actions taken against the Securities Company, to merge the interests of three great railways. If the merging of the Northwestern lines into the Securities Company is declared legal, the new combination will be effected. It is probable that this concern would then merge with the Securities Company, and make the combination still greater. The roads which are now contemplating a merger are the Northwestern, the Milwaukee and St. Paul, and the Rock Island.
