Miss Stone Ransom Delayed

A DESPATCH from Constantinople states that altho arrangements have been made with the captors of Miss Stone, the brigands declare it is impossible to take the ransom money safely away at the present time, and so the Americans are returning to Constantinople to make other arrangements.
