Colonel Marisigan Surrenders

COLONEL MARISIGAN, a Filipino officer who has been giving considerable trouble to American troops in Batangas province, has surrendered to General Bell with the men under his command, 219 rifles, and one cannon. This is thought to bring pacification much nearer in that province. On January 14, 365 Filipinos surrendered to General Wade in Cebu, and took the oath of allegiance.
