Germany Threatens Action Against Venezuela

It is stated on what seems good authority that the German Government is preparing for military action against Venezuela in order to compel a settlement of German claims against that country. It is reported that Germany has already delivered an ultimatum to Venezuela on the subject. The United States battle-ship Indiana has sailed for Venezuelan waters.
