American Capitalist to Rebuild London Underground

It was reported last week that American capital had secured control of the facilities of passenger traffic in the city of Paris. This week an American capitalist announces that he has secured control of the London underground passenger traffic. This capitalist, Mr. Charles T. Yerkes, of Chicago, proposes to completely reconstruct the underground railways of London.
