Abbott's standard of conduct?

Judge Aikman did a very proper, manly, American thing at Eldorado, Kansas, when he excused a juror from duty on June 22 who objected to sitting on that day because he kept it as the Sabbath. It was only conceding a simple right. We are glad some judges see it.
