The Spirit of Christ in Social Relations

The Spirit of Christ on the part of the rich would lead men to use wealth to benefit the poor and needy. The Spirit of Christ on the part of the poor would lead men to be faithful to God, doing faithful service to their employer because faithful to God. On the part of either would be no oppression, no forcing of men to terms repugnant, no combinations against smaller dealers or non-union workingmen. The Golden Rule would be the rule of life, and righteousness and peace the result.
