The Battle Hymn of the Kingdom

There will be issued from this office within a week or so a beautiful poem, “The Battle Hymn of the Kingdom,” finely illustrated with fifteen specially prepared half-tone engravings. It is written by Frances Eugenia Bolton. The poem is intensely dramatic, and scriptural; and every stanza is itself a picture or series of pictures, some of the many of which the artist has strikingly portrayed. We give one of the verses by permission.
“Through the open scroll of heaven, that shall fold and roll aside, We shall see the Man of sorrows, who for love was crucified, ’Mid the untold hosts of heaven, King of kings and glorified,— Our God is marching on.”
The price is wonderfully cheap, only 25 cents, cloth bound. It will make a beautiful birthday or holiday gift.
