WEAK THINGS CONFOUND THE MIGHTY.

How FRAGILE, forsooth, is a thought! Affection is lighter than air; Nor are there dimensions of hope; And none are found weight in a prayer.
But it is not powder, in truth, That rends massive rocks from their bed; 'Tis gases, so light and unseen, Yet fraught with a potency dread.
A million is no more than one, If zeros are reckoned for naught; But all that is seen, says the Word, Was sometime from nothingness brought.
