Cyclone Washer

Elder G. C. Tenney, editor of the Review and Herald, says: “The Cyclone Washer is sold on its merits. It is not claimed for it that it will do a washing while the operator sits in the parlor, nor that if she will push a button, the machine will do the rest. It asks for a good liberal supply of hot water and soap, and for co-operation. Then it promises to turn out a good job of washing at a large saving of hard labor. It will do it too. My wife was so suspicious of the claims usually made for washing machines that she would none of them. When the Cyclone came along, merely claiming to be a help, she bought one, and now rejoices in the fact. The machine is a good thing. It will save many a weary day’s work. It is a Cyclone that will blow into oblivion the steam, fog, slops, sweat, and stew of ‘blue Monday.’”
