Preaching Through Complete Books of the Bible

DEAN FARRAR, the learned author and preacher, recommends, in an article in the Homiletic Review for January, that preachers should present the Bible in complete books from the pulpit. It is a timely word. Such a course of preaching would lead the people to study the Word of God, and the more the Bible is studied with humble hearts the more souls will be converted to Christ, and God will be glorified.
