FAITH'S REWARD.

BY J. FORD SUTTON.
I SHALL see the King in His beauty, The eyes of my faith see Him now; But then I shall see and be like Him, With His image impressed on my brow.
I shall serve Him then without languor, No darkness shall shadow my way, Nor doubting my purpose shall hinder, Nor ignorance lead me astray.
But, filled with the light of His presence, My heart all aflame with His love, Eternal ages of service The rapture of heaven will prove.
O, who can fathom the glory The ransomed believer shall know? 'Tis enough that “we shall be like Him,” When into His presence we go.
I shall see the King in his beauty, The eyes of my faith see Him now; But then I shall see and be like Him, With His image impressed on my brow.
