Christian Citizenship and the Threat of Theocracy

A RECENT editorial in a religious paper on “Christian Citizenship” closes thus:—
“It is enough to say that the politician who fails to count him [the Christian citizen] in his political reckoning will make a serious mistake in his political arithmetic.”
This shows the trend of the whole article, and of a great deal of professed Christianity in these days. Its aim is a theocracy. Its result will be persecution and ruin to both church and state.
