WHEN trials come, let me but see, Beyond the clouds, thy face, dear Lord, And hear thy voice, and I shall be Upheld, supported, by thy word.
If I may know, whate’er the way, That thou art ever near my side, I’ll praise thy name, and calmly say, “Dear Saviour, I am satisfied.”
