The Review and Herald Literary Society.

The members of this Society are taking hold of the labor which the organization was designed to promote with a good will and commendable zeal. The excellent essay “Our Life Work,” in last week's REVIEW, and “Our Daily Record,” in this, together with the answers to correspondents in this and the preceding number of the paper, are the work of the members of this Society. At a recent meeting, the Lord's Prayer was read or recited by members of the Society who understood the respective languages, in Chaldaic, Hebrew, Greek, Latin, French, German and Danish.
