To Whom it may Concern.

We trust our brethren who have means that they can reasonably spare will remember the case of Bro. T. J. Butler, and that upon the assembling of the General Conference there will be enough men found to loan $100 apiece, without interest, so that Bro. B. may be able to feel a sense of relief until he can sell, and so that he can freely give his whole time and strength to the work as he desires earnestly to do. Bro. White has already offered $100 to head the list. Who will constitute the other nineteen? The money shall be secured so as to be perfectly safe.
