Financial Troubles.

The celebrated Banking House of Jay Cooke & Co. has failed. This was one of the largest firms in the country, and supposed to be the most secure. It had a branch office in London under the charge of Mr. M'Culloch, late Secretary of the Treasury. At last reports eighteen heavy Houses had gone down with it.
