Adventist Statistics.

The N. Y. Times of Dec. 17, 1873, presented statistics of the Adventist denomination, showing their increase of membership, church organizations, edifices, &c. We presume that under the name Adventist, all classes of Adventists were intended to be included; for the public are not usually very close in their discrimination in such matters. If this is so, we can judge somewhat of the accuracy of those statistics, inasmuch as the total number of church organizations is put down by the Times at 225, while the Seventh-day Adventists alone have 289.
