What They Pray For.

THE following statement is very significant, if it is true. Speaking of the revival meetings of Messrs. Moody and Sankey in Brooklyn, an exchange says:— An analysis of the requests for prayers sent up to Bro. Moody reveals the fact that the great religious awakening in Brooklyn is an awakening to other people's sins. Out of 345 such requests, 306 were from people who asked for prayers for their neighbors, and out of the other 39, 16 asked for prayers for their recovery from sickness, leaving only 23 out of 345 who felt any need of salvation on their own account.
