Eld. D. T. Bourdeau’s Residence for Sale.

As duty calls me to leave Vermont, I offer for sale, my residence, which is situated in the village of Burke, Caledonia Co., Vermont, 2 miles from a railroad station, and the same distance from two other villages. It is 6½ miles from Lynden, and 17 miles from St. Johnsbury. I have 1½ acres of good land, on which is a house 24x28, finished in eastern style, and connected with a wood-shed 32 feet long, and a barn 24x30. It is adorned by shade trees. Land adjoining it can be bought at reasonable terms. It is a good situation for a mechanic who wishes to shed rays of light over a large field. I purchased, repaired, and built, so that I can give a good bargain. Inquire of Eld. A. O. Bourdeau, Burke, Caledonia Co., Vermont.
