The Eastern War.

DISPATCHES dated London, Jan. 25, announce Turkey’s agreement to sign conditions of peace. The straits of Dardanelles will be opened to Russian ships. Russians will occupy Batoum, Kars, and Erzeroum. Turkey will pay Russia £20,000,000 sterling as a war indemnity; and the treaty will be signed at Constantinople. The Allgemeine Zeitung says that “the eventual entry of the Russians into Constantinople can not longer be regarded as impracticable.”
