PACIFIC COAST.

[Abridged from the SIGNS OF THE TIMES.]
Reno, Nev., Aug. 12. Twenty-three meetings have now been held in Reno. The immortality question and the Sabbath have been canvassed quite thoroughly. The first Sabbath meeting here was held Aug. 10. Twenty-five children and adults were present. Ten adults signed the covenant. Eld. Loughborough will remain here another week.
Yountville, Cal. When Eld. Healey commenced meetings in Yountville, there was a great deal of prejudice, which had been caused by false teaching and misrepresentations. But a good interest has been worked up, so that at date of writing, Aug. 19, the attendance ranged from fifty to one hundred and fifty. As this is a country place, many come quite a distance, some walking five miles.
