SIGN THE PLEDGE.—Immediate steps will be taken by the Executive Committee of the Association to secure the circulation of the pledge in all parts of the United States, by which means it is to be hoped that the membership may speedily be increased to at least 10,000. Every reader of the REVIEW ought to become a member at once. Those who wish to do so may send for blank pledges for signature. After signing, the pledges should be returned with twenty-five cents, the initiation fee, when the individual will become a member of the Association, and will be entitled to all the privileges of members.
