Practical Hints about Canvassing.
By Editor
This sixteen-page pamphlet—embracing a thorough drill in canvassing for the SIGNS OF THE TIMES, Good Health, and the steel plate engraving, "Christ, the Way of Life"—contains the lessons and instructions used by Eld. W. C. White and Ira. A. Wheeler in the Healdsburg and Oakland canvassing classes. This is a valuable little work for canvassers and colporters. Sent post-paid for six cents. Address, SIGNS OF THE TIMES, Oakland, Cal. All six weeks' and two months' subscriptions should be filled by the State agents from their State club and the interest followed up by correspondence. Circulars and stationery for this purpose will be furnished free upon application. "Practical Hints to Canvassers" and the new "short term premiums" will be kept in stock by our State agents; see directory on page 382 for list of names and post-office address. For June 5 we printed 20,000 SIGNS and then did not have quite enough papers to fill all orders.
