On Time.

LETTERS are received stating that there has been a failure in getting the SIGNS on time. For a few weeks there was some delay in getting off the paper. This was owing to the removal of presses, and changes requiring new machinery which necessitated considerable adjusting before the work could without interruption go on. Last week there was no hindrance; and it may be expected that the paper in future will be mailed on time.
