Paper cover. Price 25 cents. The author starts out by giving in very simple form the definitions of the various terms used in the tariff question. He brings the whole subject right down to the easy study and understanding of the common people. In this respect his book is very commendable. His own conviction seems to be that a protective tariff is the best thing. But however that may be, he tells the whole story in such a plain, easy way that it is not hard for the reader to make a choice.
