Storms and Floods

THERE have always been occasional floods and storms. But the country along the rivers expects, now-a-days, to be visited by a flood at least once a year. And it is no uncommon thing to read that these floods are the greatest that have ever been known. The floods in Texas and portions of Kansas during the past few days have spread ruin and disaster everywhere. These things would not be so remarkable if they stood alone. But they are only a part of the general turbulent manifestations that surround us on every hand. And let it ever be borne in mind that the storms and floods that we have had so far, are as nothing when compared with what is coming. Read the prophecies and see what is predicted for these times. God has told us beforehand so that we might have confidence in His Word and seek the secure shelter.
