ALL orders for clubs of the Signs should come through the State secretary unless accompanied by the money for a whole year. It is next to an impossibility for us to keep track of the installment clubs at this office, while it is comparatively easy to do so by the tract and missionary societies. So in future please send orders and payments for clubs to your State secretary Mrs. Anna E. Shepherd, Nebraska City, Otoe county, Neb., who will see that they are forwarded promptly to the Office.
