Spain’s Trouble With the Carlists

SPAIN is again in trouble with the Carlists. During the past few days two large bands, numbering about 800 each, engaged government troops in the district of Catalonia. The government has decided to adopt vigorous measures, and has begun the suppression of Carlist clubs everywhere, and is instituting vigorous questioning and searches among all sympathizers.
