Death of Russel Sage

Russel Sage, known as the "Nestor of American financiers," and as the "dean of Wall street," New York, died suddenly July 22. He lacked but two weeks of being ninety years of age, and stuck to the routine of business almost to the last. He was a director in twenty-five great corporations, railroad and telegraph principally. His record in brief is that he lived ninety years, made $100,000,000 (estimated), and died.
