The Searchlight on Murder

DR. ROCK SLEYSER, famous scientist and criminologist, says: "From the state prison here, a new light, bright with the clarity of science, has been suddenly cast on the subject of murder, and on the subject of child labor. The two are linked more closely together than the world ever dreamed before. Over ninety per cent of the 269 murderers I have investigated were child slaves. They were forced to enter the soul-stirring invironment of the shop or factory when they were fifteen years old."
