Doing the Will of God

CHRIST says, "Not every one that saith unto Me Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of My Father which is in heaven." Matt. 7: 21. According to this, we must do the will of God, if we would enter into the kingdom of heaven. We would learn, then, what the will of God is, so that we may know what we are to obey. Paul says, "Behold, thou . . . knowest His will, . . . being instructed out of the law." Rom. 2: 17, 18. In the law which the Lord spoke with His own voice on Sinai, we may learn His will; and then through Christ we may obtain grace to do that will. Mrs. Iva F. Cady.
