At a meeting of the Oakland Church, held the evening after the Sabbath, April 5, it was moved and passed unanimously that a vote of thanks be tendered to Eld. James White for his interest in, and action in behalf of, the Oakland Church, in the matter of relieving it from its indebtedness on the house of worship, and to all who have so promptly responded to the call.
This should have been published last week, but as the clerk failed to hand us the minutes, it was overlooked in our press of business.
