BE WISE

By Editor

MOST of you will give gifts at the holiday season. In doing so, you will exhibit wisdom or show a lack of it, according to the gift selected. Millions of books will be given. And why not? A good book—mark that word "good"—is always appreciated, and its influence is likely to be felt all through the reader’s life.

Don’t make the mistake of putting off your purchasing to the last week. Plan and buy early. Why not start your list to-day, and start right, too, by placing on it one or more of the excellent books herein described? These may be procured from our depository in your own state. See list on this page.
