The Land Where the Sun Ever Shines

THERE is a land where the sun ever shines— The flowers ever bloom round its crystalline shrines; There is no change—love never grows cold; There is no death—life never grows old: There is no sadness, no sorrow, no pain, No waves of affliction roll over that plain. On, onwards, God speed us, from change and decay, To the world whose glory shall fade not away.
