Diagram of the Day of the Lord.

In the beginning of the day of the Lord, there will be a destruction of all the ungodly. Isa. vi, 9-13. Jer. iv, 20-29. Zeph. i, 14-18. 1 Thes. v, 1-6. Matt. xxiv, 37-39. Rev. xix, 15-21. —showing an entire desolation of the earth in the beginning of the day of the Lord.
This diagram is not intended to express exact proportions of time, only order of events. The Day of the Lord commences before the thousand years of Judgment on the wicked, [Isa. xiii, 9; 1 Thes. v, 2, 3; Rev. xvi, 1-15,] and continues beyond the 1000 years, [2 Pet. iii, 7, 8, 10; Rev. xx, 4, 11,] when the saints possess the kingdom, [Matt. xxv, 34, 47,] at the same time that the wicked receive their everlasting punishment which must be after the 1000 years, but still in the day of the Lord.
