A Cheering Visit in Battle Creek

THE Church in Battle Creek have enjoyed a cheering visit from Bro. Sperry. We were rejoiced to see him so far recovered in health as to be able to give us a discourse of an hour and a half in length, extolling the goodness of God and his wonderful works to the children of men. His remarks were calculated to inspire hope and faith in those who heard. We trust they will not be without effect. In the afternoon Bro. Waggoner spoke to us in his usual instructive manner. Sabbath, Nov. 20th, we shall long look back upon with pleasure.
