Sacrificing All for the Lord

Bro. D. W. Stites writes from Ayersville, Ohio, Mar. 21st, 1860: “Our little church here are striving to sacrifice all for the Lord. I wish to have every tie severed that binds me to this world of sin and sorrow, that it may be said of me, Well done, good and faithful servant, enter thou into the joy of thy Lord. We feel rejoiced to hear that Bro. Waggoner expects to visit us soon. May the Lord bless the messengers, and speak through them to the hearts of the children of men, and good be done in Ohio this season as well as elsewhere.”
