An Antinomian Preacher

A MINISTER named Sylvester told Lord Cardigan that the Bible forbid women praying in church with their heads uncovered. He demanded to know where, and was told it was in the eleventh chapter of first Corinthians. "Corinthians! Corinthians," replied his lordship; "but that is in the Old Testament, and is entirely superseded by the new regulations!" He would have served a purpose as an antinomian preacher.
