OBITUARY.

DIED in Sutton, Vt., Aug. 4, 1860, of palsy, Daniel Tilton, aged about ninety years. Bro. T. embraced religion some 42 years ago. He had a love for the doctrine of the second advent of the Lord under the proclamation of the first and second angels' messages.
Nine years since, he with his companion and other members of the family, embraced the Bible Sabbath, from which time he has sincerely and devoutly loved the commandments of God. He loved God's word, and the people of God, and the hours of worship with them. His peace ever seemed like a river, deep, constant and unabating. He now rests beside his companion, who died one year before.
A. S. HUTCHINS.

MARY E. CAHOON.
