DIED, near Guenoc, Lake county, Cal., Nov. 7, 1879, of brain fever, Myron C., youngest son of R. D. and S. A. Hicks, aged 6 years, 7 months, and 3 days. Little Myron had been a great sufferer for the past two years, from the perishing away of the bone of his right limb, which made him a cripple. Our brother and family have this blessed assurance in their affliction: If they are faithful till the Lifegiver comes, they will be united again as one family. Funeral service by the writer.
