By the special request of Sister White, the large churches in the vicinity of Battle Creek, and all others who have any thing on hand for the worthy poor, are invited to bring or send it to the Committee at Battle Creek without delay. The fund of clothing and other offerings for the needy is nearly exhausted; and the Committee now have opportunities for further distribution, if they only had the things on hand. We hope those who respond to this call will do so at their earliest opportunity, as there are some East and West, especially East, who should have help immediately.
