Obituary Notices.

DIED, in Salem, Ind., Oct. 23, 1864, sister Susanna Bell, daughter of sister Fox, aged eighteen years and twenty-six days, after an illness of between one and two weeks. At the last visit of Bro. and sister Byington, some two months since, she professed faith in the Saviour and united with the church. The short time she walked with the church was characterized by a devotedness worthy of the emulation of all who knew her. She leaves a sorrow-stricken husband, mother, and three brothers to "weep o'er prospects blighted;" but they sorrow not as those that have no hope. That they may seek an interest in the Saviour, and with her share eternal life is our earnest prayer.
Funeral attended by the writer.
H. L. DOTY.
