GRIFFIN.—Died June 28, 1881, of dropsy of the heart, Mary E., wife of J. T. Griffin, aged 21 years and 3 months. Sr. G. embraced present truth in the summer of 1879, at the camp-meeting near Walla Walla. She had been an honorable member of the church, and at her death gave others good reasons to hope that she will be awakened in the resurrection morn. G. W. COLCORD.
