The verse presents holiness as possessing a beauty that belongs to God Himself. To worship the Lord in that beauty includes honoring Him with gifts and offerings. That honoring takes practical form in preparing a place for worship and in giving to the Lord cheerfully as an expression of respect for Him.
The beauty of holiness is a way of life to be learned from God and then shared with others. Parents who represent Christ share the wisdom they receive from God and lead their children step by step in that way. That beauty is obscured when the words and actions of leaders are unsanctified.
