1 Samuel 23:4
Then David enquired of the LORD yet again. And the LORD answered him and said, Arise, go down to Keilah; for I will deliver the Philistines into thine hand. Then David enquired of the LORD yet again. And the LORD answered him and said, Arise, go down to Keilah; for I will deliver the Philistines into thine hand.
David inquired of the Lord a second time for direction about Keilah, and in answer received the command to arise and go down to Keilah with the assurance that the Philistines would be delivered into his hand. In fulfillment of that promise he and his band went against the Philistines, defeated them, and saved the town of Keilah. The people thus rescued did not afford lasting safety, so David and his men departed from Keilah for the wilderness of Ziph.
